Meet Jenny
My path into QHHT unfolded in a way I didn’t expect. In 2024, I discovered the work of Dolores Cannon, never imagining it would become something I would practice myself. As I began reading her books, along with the work of Brian Weiss and Michael Newton, something deeply resonated. When I started my training and began holding sessions, it felt surprisingly natural, like stepping into something I had always been meant to do. Looking back, it feels like a continuation of the role I’ve always played in people’s lives: listening, supporting, and helping them make sense of their experiences.
My approach is deeply heart-centered, intuitive, and rooted in creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment. During sessions, I’m able to connect with the energy behind what my clients share, helping to uncover patterns and deeper meaning. I believe the subconscious brings forward exactly what is needed, and I trust that process fully. Many of us carry emotional burdens and outdated beliefs from our past that no longer serve us, often without realizing how much they shape our present. By gently bringing these patterns into awareness, we create the opportunity for understanding, release, and transformation.
I was drawn to QHHT because of my deep love for connecting with others and my curiosity about the greater mysteries of life. I believe everyone deserves to feel at peace within themselves and to move through life with a sense of clarity and purpose. So many people feel stuck, held back by old patterns and beliefs, and I feel honored to help create a space where those can be explored and released. Being part of this work, alongside others who feel called to it, is incredibly meaningful to me, especially in a world where this kind of healing and understanding is much needed.
About
Jenny
I began my career as a nurse, spending much of my time in oncology, where I learned the importance of being fully present with people during some of their most difficult moments. That experience created deep connections with patients and their families, shaping the way I hold space for others today.
I’ve often been the person people naturally turn to for support. Whether friends or strangers, I value hearing their stories and the trust they place in me to truly listen. Over time, I came to understand that I’m both empathic and intuitive, able to sense the energy beneath what’s being shared.
I’m currently a Level 2 QHHT practitioner, continuing my journey toward Level 3, and I feel honored to support others in finding clarity and connection within themselves

FAQ
Yes. QHHT is a gentle, relaxed state where you remain aware and in control. During a session, the client remains aware and in control the entire time. Nothing is forced, and you can speak, move, or stop at any point.
Choose a quiet, private space where you can fully relax without interruptions. Let others in your home know you’ll need uninterrupted time, keep pets in another room, and prepare a comfortable place to lie down with pillows and blankets.
Initial QHHT sessions typically last around four hours and include both a discovery interview and a guided hypnosis experience. For returning clients, hypnosis-only sessions are usually shorter, ranging from one to two hours
